If you are interested in being a foster parent to one our senior Citizen Canines, please take a moment to fill out the Foster Questionnaire.
Thank you for your interest in fostering a senior pet! Foster parents have a unique place in the work of Citizen Canine Rescue. For one, we have peace of mind, knowing that one more senior dog has a safe, warm, loving place to stay while we find its happily ever after home. In addition, with every walk they take with a senior Citizen Canine, they serve as a mobile billboard, potentially attracting the right person for our senior Citizen Canine. Finally, by taking in our senior dogs, Citizen Canine Fosters help make room for our rescue of more senior dogs. The Foster Questionnaire information is required so that we can determine what best serves your and the senior dog's interest. Other useful information is obtained during a video meeting between a you and a Citizen Canine consultation. Please be sure to read the pet's information completely before submitting an application.
