King is a dear, sweet pup of a mere 13 years. He's been rattled by all the change in his life, above all leaving his life with a doggie parent who was no longer able to take care of him because of disability. It has not been a smooth adjustment for keep-to-himself King. But his foster recently reported--and showed--that King has become part of her pack and also runs to her and reaches for her on hind legs to say hi when she gets home.
King is unique in his appearance. The back half of his body is cream-colored Shih Tzu and the front half is brown Terrier. Ain't that a kick?! He loves to play with other dogs and is very friendly. |
