What is sweet, cute and irresistible? MUFFIN the Chihuahua/Poodle mix! This adorable 9-year-old was found on the street under a coat of grossly matted hair. She was surrendered by the owner after he was ticketed for neglect. Despite everything, Muffin is a loving, cuddly girl who can't get or give enough affection.She gets along with other dogs and, given her gentle nature, it's hard to imagine that she wouldn't get along with cats too. Of course, we would test the cat and Muffin before trusting that. Since she was discovered in such a horrible condition, she had to be shaved completely. When her hair grows back, she will resemble a Poodle mix--so basically she'll look like the matted Muffin picture but with her hair lovely and combed. Muffin has some visual impairment. Her foster believes that she can see light and shadow and has no depth perception, however, she is able to adapt quickly to her environment. Finally and happily, Muffin is housebroken.
