Spice up your life with a little Pepper! Pepper is such a sweet boy, really well behaved and he listens well. He can take a little while to warm up to some people but once he feels comfortable, he's an absolute sweetheart. His previous owner said that if you come bearing dog, Pepper will instantly know you're good people, though he'd be most comfortable if the dog is not too big. Pepper loves to be petted, he loves to tear apart a stuffed animal, and he likes to cuddle on the couch - although he needs a boost getting up there. He plays well with other pets but his foster says that he may love being the solo dog of the house. It is important to be cautious when bringing new people around because he has gotten a little territorial with strangers who have come in the house. He can also be a little possessive about his food with other animals (never with his foster) but as soon as he is called, he stops being sassy and is back to wagging his tail. Pepper is a really good boy who deserves the best forever home.
