Cookie is a 13-year-old, male Chihuahua mix. Cookie lived happily with his mother for all but one year of his life. It is no surprise, then, that he was heartbroken when she died recently. He is a sweet little boy, full of love. He has a big heart and loves his Chihuahua siblings at his foster home. Cookie is showing signs of dementia and appreciates guidance to find his food bowl, his bed, and even his pee pads. Because of his dementia and his unreliability with potty places, his foster is set to start using belly bands with him (male diapers). He only needs a band and not a full diaper because he only has pee accidents. This all may sound like a big drag for a prospective adopter. We hope hope hope that people can open their hearts to a little guy in his golden years. He is doing his best to manage an aging body. He needs love.
