The Fiona portrait.
Fiona is an 11-year-old, 75-lb Yellow Lab. She is losing her life-long home because her mom is moving into assisted living. Fiona is nothing but love and sweetness. She loves people, but she really loves her people. She is gentle, joyful, and mellow. Her health is good and recently, she got her teeth cleaned. As a senior gal, Fiona doesn’t run around much. Our big girl is currently struggling with her potty habits. Through ongoing training, we determined that Fiona’s sloppy potty habits have to do with her owner’s inconsistency in taking her out. This means it should be easy to re-train her—or it may not even be necessary in someone else’s house. Apparently, accidents only occur with her owner and not with other people.  A calm household with a pretty available adopter would suit her best. A big back yard for fun in the sun and/or even for pottying would be ideal.
