Joomer has met with some hard times. His family of 12 years had drastic changes to their work lives and schedules that, unfortunately, leave Joomer without a home. Joomer comes to the adoptive world with a complicated profile that requires a patient and loving home. He suffered from kidney stones and had them treated, only to be left with an uncooperative bladder. He wears a belly band without complaint and that helps! Also, like most toy breeds, Joomer is a bit anxious. Medication helps, including for during the night and on car rides. As for other animals, he does best with dogs that match his size and energy level. With all these issues that Joomer deals with, somehow, he is still a loving boy!
