Riley is a teeny 10lb. Toy Terrier. Like many of our rescues, Riley lost his dad recently and needs a home. His dad was the only owner he’s ever had so you can imagine how lost he must feel losing him after 16 years. Riley is a cute little guy with patches of black and white. He is leash trained. He is also housebroken and lets you know when he needs to go out. The inevitability of advanced age is showing on Riley, with decreased hearing and eyesight. He is still able to hear loud noises, however. He also is aware of movement around him through both sound and sight. He doesn’t mind dogs but prefers to avoid them rather than playing ring-around-the-rosie with them. He is not at all aggressive. He has no experience with cats, however. He gets along with kids. He is also not sexist and likes men and women equally. The family caring for him describes him as quiet and laid back.  Because Riley is so easy-going and calm, they believe that he can do fine in most any home.
